Machine Application:
The rigid plastic granulating extruder can be used to process clean or old broken PP/PE plastic into granules that can be reused as the raw materials. The helical gear reducer made of 20CrMnTi alloy steel is applied to the extruder and the screw and cylinder are made of 38CrMoAIA alloy steel after nitrogenization treatment, which is durable.
Machine Features:
1. We have a series of this recycling line with different production capacity, say 10-30kg/h, 50-100kg/h, 80-150kg/h,100-250kg/h,150-350kg/h, 250-500kg/h,400-700kg/h. of course, we also can customized design.
